A person may be referred to an audiologist or speech-language pathologist by their physician or may find one on their own. A referral is not necessary to see a registered audiologist or speech-language pathologist in New Brunswick.
Find a private practice Audiologist or Speech-Language Pathologist
Check your local Yellow Pages or Canpages for listings under ‘Audiology’, ‘Speech Therapy’ or ‘Speech-Language Pathology’, and/or visit Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC).
To verify the registration status of a public or private Audiologist or Speech-Language Pathologist to ensure they are legally entitled to practice in New Brunswick visit the RCASLPNB Public Register.
You can also search for a private practice audiologist of speech-language pathologist using the RCASLPNB Public Register, by selecting "Yes" in the Private Practice drop-down menu and leaving the name field blank. Use the filter function for a more accurate search.
